What is this conference about?

This conference is called:

Fresh Grounded Faith Conference
with Jennifer Rothschild

Warm Your Heart, Awaken Your Spirit

Our goal is to both enrich and honor the emotional and spiritual aspects of a woman’s life through encouragement, edification and Biblical teaching. We pray that women who attend the conference will open their hearts to God’s message so they can be empowered to tenaciously live out their faith in God.

We will spend an evening and one day having an incredibly fun and meaningful time connecting women to the Lord Jesus Christ, encouraging them to build eternal relationships with Jesus and each other. This Kingdom-Minded event will unify the Body of Christ and prayerfully stir women to invite other women in their city.

Who is the speaker?

Jennifer Rothschild is an author, speaker, and accomplished songwriter and recording artist. You may have seen her inspiring story of “walking by faith” after losing her eyesight at the age 15, recently featured on a Dr. Phil Show and the Billy Graham Television Special. She has also been featured on such notable television shows as Good Morning America, Life Today, The Hour of Power, TBN, Living the Life, and The 700 Club. In addition to Jennifer’s appearances on television, she has been featured in numerous national and regional publications.

Jennifer’s books include the best-selling Lessons I Learned in the Dark (Multnomah), Fingerprints of God (Multnomah), and two video-enhanced Bible studies - Fingerprints of God and Walking By Faith (both from LifeWay). In her newest book, Self Talk, Soul Talk: What to Say When You Talk to Yourself, Jennifer reveals seven key truths that will bring balance and wellness to the soul. If you are looking for fresh grounded faith, pull up a chair and have a little java with Jennifer. www.JenniferRothschild.com

Who is the worship leader?

Kathy Troccoli is an award-winning singer, songwriter, speaker and author of several books including Am I Not Still God?, Live Like You Mean It, and the bestselling Falling in Love with Jesus Series, coauthored with Dee Brestin, topping over a quarter of a million sales.

A highly sought after conference speaker and singer, Kathy has ministered to hundreds of thousands of women at various national conferences. She was selected in 2003 by the readers of Today's Christian Woman Magazine as one of the "Most Influential Christian Women in America."

Kathy continues to travel the world speaking and singing of God's life and love. She partners with James and Betty Robison with Life Outreach International and has had the joy in co-laboring in projects in Africa, India and Central America, which serve the poor. Kathy has never been more fulfilled than she is now. "I am exactly where I am supposed to be. There is such freedom in that. I can’t make the date. Will there be another conference in my area?

Fresh Grounded Faith Conferences are becoming popular and are in demand. Please check our website at www.FreshGroundedFaith.com as we pray about where God would lead us so we can minister to as many women as possible. You can also find Jennifer’s complete speaking schedule at www.JenniferRothschild.com.

How was Edwards Road Baptist Church chosen to be a host and why is it held at Brookwood Church if Edwards Road if the Host Church?

Since the conferences are Kingdom-minded, region-wide events, facilities need to hold at least 1400 women and be able to handle all the other aspects of the conference. the purpose of Fresh Grounded Faith Conferences is to unite women in their regions and reach women for Jesus. Edwards Road Baptist Church's desire was to bring Fresh Grounded Faith Conference to Greenville, yet their church was not large enough to host a Fresh Grounded Faith Conference. So they worked with Brookwood to unite area churches to bring Fresh Grounded Faith to Greenville. Presently, there are 10 churches working together and we pray for many more to join. It is our purpose to work with churches in regions that have a heart to do Kingdom-Minded, region-wide events.

Can my church be involved?

Absolutely! It is our prayer and desire to make sure that as many churches as possible become involved in this conference. Whether it is volunteering as a greeter or a counselor, or bringing a group from your church, we encourage you to call the Women's Ministries Office of Edwards Road Baptist Church at 1-864-244-2975 to see how you can be involved.

What denomination is this?

This conference is not focused on any denomination and we welcome women from all denominations. This is a Kingdom-Minded interdenominational regional event, committed to helping women of all faiths, backgrounds, age, nationalities and groups.

What will I need to bring?

You will want to bring a Bible and a pen or pencil. The speakers will have merchandise tables with their materials available for you to purchase.

How can I bring a Fresh Grounded Faith Conference to my community?

You can go to www.FreshGroundedFaith.com and find out more information about how you might bring a Fresh Grounded Faith Conference to your community.

How can I contact Jennifer Rothschild?

Jennifer tries to connect with as many women as possible through her eNewsletters and Blogs (see www.JenniferRothschild.com), and by email (JR@jenniferrothschild.com). She, and her staff, would love to hear from you.

Can I get a refund on my ticket?

Tickets to the conference are non-refundable but fully transferable.

We encourage you to donate to your local church or other para-church ministries in your area.
