A big thank you goes to our host Johnson Ferry Baptist Church in Marietta, GA and all the churches that have participated - - what an incredible group of women. There were many churches from in and around the Marietta area that graciously served the Lord and we are thankful for each one of you who wanted to bring this event to your area.
We had an amazing weekend with about 1000+ women coming from all over the greater Marietta area, and beyond. We joined together for fresh grounded Bible study from Jennifer Rothschild and incredible testimony and sharing from Stormie Omartian and amazing worship and music with Michael O'Brien.

I was very challenged in the place I was by all the messages! I wanted to be whisked away from the trials I was going through, but God showed me through you that He wants me to persevere and walk through it with him. This also set me up very well for the couples bible study I am doing; If You Want to Walk on Water, You have to Get Out of the Boat. I think God is working on getting me out of my comfort zone!! Thank you for giving me a very warm and loving PUSH!!!!!

Morning,
I attended your retreat in Marietta and enjoyed it. You talked about "it is not always well with our circumstances, but is always well with our soul". That hit home with me as the next day after retreat, I received a call that my 47 year old niece had committed suicide. What a tragedy for our family, but I just kept recalling those words. Please pray for my family as we deal with this loss. Angela was a christian, but dealt with depression, so I know she is out of her pain and is being held in God's arms.
Sisters in Christ,

Thanks, Jennifer, Stormie, and Michael, for a weekend that inspired our church's women to examine how God wants us to minister to one another, our church family, and our community. Our first meeting was Monday night, and the Lord is already leading us in new directions! We're PUMPED. (and it's not just caffeine)
