a note from
Jennifer Rothschild
I just had to write to let you know how excited I am so many of
you have signed up to follow Beth Moore as she facilitates my study,
Me, Myself, and Lies, on her blog.
Beth provided an introduction to the Me, Myself, and Lies Bible study yesterday by video blog. See the June 23 blog post here.
You've got to see the Sign-Up feature. My
Dr. Phil tells me it is one of the coolest things he has seen on the
web. He read to me dozens of your posts, and the hundreds of cities
represented. God is amazing. Already more than 1100 comments have been
left on her sign-up post.
And, we're already having fun. Beth introduces the study with some fun exercises. I'm a Shih Tzu. What are you?
You still have time to gather some friends together, or do the study solo. If you did not purchase the Memberbook yet - don't fret. You can find a free download of Week One here. (click See Details).
And of course, don't forget about the free music download too.
I'll be following along with Beth and you. I'm so honored.
Blessings my friend,
Jennifer

P.S. My Dr. Phil put together this "quick list" of helpful links for you:
- Buy the Member Book here at Jennifer's Store - while they last, we'll get 'em out the door to you within 24 hours. Maybe sooner.
- Beth's Living Proof Blog - Beth describes how the study will be done.
- Free Music CD or Download - song from the music video found on the DVDs.
- Want to use Jennifer's teaching DVDs? You can find the DVD KIT here. You can also download videos for individual use here.
- Free Download of Week One

Thank you so much for posting the first week. We are all starting the study and located all over the country (we are doing it via facebook) and we are so excited...more of our friends are joining - so some haven't gotten the book and it is helping others to decide (some have never done Bible Studies before!!!)

Jennifer,
I am so grateful that you wrote this study. I can't tell you how much I appreciate so many parts of it. (we are doing it at church and we started a few weeks early. I will be going over the material again with LPM because it's good stuff! Hard stuff but good stuff.) I worked the Isaiah 61:3 part today and it was perfect timing. I will gladly trade my ashes, mourning and spirit of despair for a garment of praise, oil of gladness and a crown of beauty.
blessings,
karen

I just started the study with Beth a couple of days ago. I downloaded the intro video session from Lifeway. Wow. It was like you'd been tape recording my thoughts for my whole life. I cannot WAIT for what this study has in store for me. I'm so excited to ditch my old ways of thinking. Thank you so much!!!

Thank you for allowing us to do this study online with Beth. I have a group of 4 women doing it with me. After completing the first 5 days of homework (I'm an eager beaver) I could see how I've allowed some lies in my thought closet to stunt my growth in Christ. Thank you so much for writing it! BTW, my dog breed is bloodhound. :) And I can't leave without saying what a wonderful testimony you are to the world. My husband was diagnosed with RP 20+ years ago so I know a little of what you must go through every day. He is my hero, and you remind me of him in that you are putting yourself out there every day, relying on your God. May God continue to richly bless you!

Jennifer-I just finished the first week of your study. It has really worked on my heart. I suffer from anxiety and depression and this study is so what I need right now! Thank you!

Jennifer - I LOVE this study. I am following along with the Beth Moore blog and leading a group on Facebook. We started with about 18 of us and now we're 84 strong -- and growing every day!
I am so honored to be leading this group and CANNOT wait to see where the Lord leads us.
I'm just blown away by this study! Thanks for this ministry.

I am so greatful for the opportunity to be doing this study. If it were not for Beth Moore's site, I probably wouldn't be doing additional studies, but I enjoy the community. There are 80+ of us siesta's on a facebook group doing this together. I was a bit nervous, still am, about sharing my "stuff" with others, but I am already so blessed by it.
Thank you!
